LuckyCommentPicker helps giveaway organizers turn a comment list into a clear, reviewable random draw. The idea is simple: show who qualifies, explain who does not, and give each eligible username one fair chance.

What is available today

The website supports CSV, JSON, pasted comments, rule filters, eligible-entry review and random winner selection. It also retrieves top-level Instagram comments from a public post link through a private retrieval server. No visitor Instagram login is required. Live imports can be used for draws, with completeness marked unverified.

Honest by design

Sample entries are labeled fictional. Imported data is labeled organizer-supplied. Likes and shares are never quietly treated as verified. Downloadable records show the draw inputs and history without claiming independent certification.

Service availability

Imports are subject to usage limits and depend on Instagram access. Complete live draw pools are not independently verified. LuckyCommentPicker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
