How to Pick an Instagram Giveaway Winner Without Logging In

LuckyCommentPicker is an Instagram giveaway picker that lets you start with a public post or reel link. You do not need to sign in to Instagram or connect your account to use the website. The Instagram comment picker retrieves top-level comments, applies your chosen rules and selects a random eligible username.

1. Paste your giveaway post link

Copy the link to your public Instagram giveaway post or reel. Paste it into the Post link field and choose Retrieve comments. Complete the verification if prompted. Post access and usage limits can affect retrieval; the tool does not guarantee that every comment is returned, and replies are excluded.

2. Set the rules for your giveaway

Use the requirements you published for entrants. You can require a phrase, a hashtag, a deadline or a minimum number of distinct tagged accounts within one comment, and exclude specific usernames. Tagging two accounts is optional, not a fixed requirement.

For example, if your post requires #goodluck and two tagged accounts, set that hashtag and a minimum of two tags. Repeated tags and self-tags do not count toward the minimum. If your giveaway only asks for a comment, leave the optional requirements off.

3. Review eligible entrants

Check the eligible and excluded entries before drawing. Each qualifying username gets one entry, even if that person posted several qualifying comments. 4. Pick a random winner

Choose the number of winners and start the draw. The scrolling animation reveals the result; it does not affect the random selection. Winners are selected using your browser’s cryptographic random generator. Drawing again from the same frozen pool excludes winners already selected in that session.

5. Save your result

What about likes, shares and follows?

The picker checks comment-based rules. It does not verify likes, shares, follows, age or location. If your giveaway requires those actions, review them separately. The draw uses the retrieved comments, whose completeness is not independently verified.

If your post cannot be imported

Check that the link points to a public post or reel and read any error shown. For a temporary access or usage-limit error, follow the retry guidance. If you already have a comment export, you can import a CSV or JSON comment list instead. Uploaded lists are supplied by you and are not verified against Instagram.
